When you write through the form, we collect your name, email, phone number if you give one, what you do, and the message. The legal basis is GDPR art. 6(1)(b) — steps at your request before a contract — and, for the technical act of sending the reply, legitimate interest.

We use these data only to answer you and prepare a quote. We do not sell them. We do not use them for advertising. This form does not sign you up to a newsletter.

We keep the correspondence while the matter is active and for as long as the law requires. Then we delete it, or archive it only if the law says we must.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority (in Portugal, the CNPD — cnpd.pt). To exercise these rights, write to david@editelabs.com.
